“I have been a patient of Dr. McCreary’s for just about a year. Yesterday I had an old crown come loose, and I called this morning (Friday before a Holiday weekend) and was told to come in at 9:30. When I arrived I came to find out that I had some decay at the edge of the crown which needed a small filling to be done before the crown could be cemented back in place. Even though I was worked into the schedule, and now needed over an hour in the chair instead of ~15 Minutes, they took care of me and kept apologizing for how long it was taking. Before I left, just a short 90 minutes later, I also found out that one of the staff had called in sick!! Thanks to Dr. McCreary and all his super friendly and awesome 🙂 staff, you made sure I didn’t end up having a bad holiday weekend!”
